Carolina Rose - Original Watercolor

Study of a Carolina Rose, or Rosa carolina, a rose species native to Eastern North America. I painted these as an element for my Prairie Wildflower Print - inspired by the prairie habitats in my home state of Ohio. 

Original watercolor painting on 140lb hot press paper. Signed by me. This painting is matted to a standard size and ready to be framed.

Matted Size: 10 x 10 inches, with a 6.5 x 6.5 inch window opening.
