About Aaron
Hi, I’m Aaron, a botanical artist living and working in Southwest Florida. Thanks for checking out my shop.
After studying illustration and painting at Savannah College of Art & Design, I lived in New York City for 5 years. During this time I became interested in houseplants - cacti, tropical foliage, and anything else that could bring a bit of nature back into the urban world. In 2015 I decided to shift my focus from landscape painting to botanical art, and it’s what I’ve been doing ever since. Moving to Florida in 2019 provided an incredible opportunity to be surrounded by tropical plants, and also to collect and maintain a garden full of painting subjects.
