Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping
Shipping Time • Orders are processed in 3-4 days and ship from Florida via USPS Priority or Ground Advantage. Please note that I do not have any control over USPS shipping times, and the shipping times displayed at checkout are only estimates. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via the least expensive method, and larger orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
International • I currently only ship within the U.S., with no exceptions. Please note that with the ever changing tariff situation, it has become very prohibitive for independent artists and small businesses to ship internationally from the U.S.
Returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at aaron@aaronapsley.com to arrange a refund or a replacement. Please include your name, order number, and photos of the damaged items in the e-mail.
Prints
Quality • I print all of my prints in my studio in Florida. I use pigment based archival inks. The paper I use is 100% cotton, archival quality, and has a matte texture similar to the hot press watercolor paper I paint on.
Size • I can print up to 24” wide prints. If you would like a custom size of any specimen prints, please reach out to see if it’s possible. Please note I cannot do custom sizes of my taxonomy prints.
Digital Prints • Please note that I do not sell digital copies of my work, except for in select instances of commercial licensing.
T-Shirts
My t-shirts are digitally printed on 100% cotton tees. They should hold up in the wash without significant peeling/cracking, especially if washed in cold water.
If you do find your shirt begins to peel or crack after the first couple of washes, please send me an e-mail with photos, the t-shirt size, and your address, and I will send you a replacement.
Commissions
If you are interesting in commissioning a custom painting, or licensing existing paintings, please reach out at aaron@aaronapsley.com. Please include as much information as possible about your project.
