Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All prints ship from New York City. Please allow 5-10 business days for domestic orders, and 10-30 business days for international orders. All orders ship via USPS. A tracking number will be issued for domestic orders to the e-mail address you provide. Tracking numbers are not available for most international orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, international shipping is $20 for prints and $50 for original pieces.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not accept returns. If the item arrives damaged, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. Please include your name, number, and order number in the e-mail.
Q: Do you sell Wholesale?
A: Yes, I am open to selling my prints wholesale. You can contact me at email@example.com for more information.
Q: Are you available for custom work?
A: Yes. You can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with inquiries about custom painting and illustration jobs.
Q: Are the prints archival?
A: Yes. My prints are professionally printed in the U.S.A. using archival inks. The paper used is Hahneumuhle William Turner, which is mold made and 100% cotton, with a slightly rough texture, giving the prints an authentic watercolor look and feel. The edges are torn by hand, and each print is hand signed and numbered by me.
